A Nissan Patrol Y61 station wagon converted into a single-cab ute, with the chassis shortened by 450mm and a modified towbar re-engineered and welded back into place. Approved by NT Transport under VSB 6 (H4 chassis alteration, P1 towbar installation), retaining the front seats and factory mounts.

ATM upgrade for a caravan, increasing Aggregate Trailer Mass to 3,500kg (GTM 3,150kg) under mod code LS12, certified for Tasmanian registration.

ADR 84/00 compliance certification for the KP BB 4 front underrun protection bull bar fitted to UD CWB trucks. Finite Element Analysis (linear, non-linear and explicit dynamic) confirmed the device meets required deflection and ground clearance limits, with a minimum safety factor of 2.5.

Engineering assessment and certification of the tow pin on an Elm Equipment ISUZU NPS 75 bullbar (model E2275-0094), certified to VSB 6 Section H Chassis for a 4,500 kg GVM. Analysis returned a safety factor of 3.7 against yield under a 4.5 t static load — an equivalent rated capacity of ~16.7 t.

GVM upgrade for a Toyota Landcruiser 79 Series, taking GVM from 3,510kg to 4,500kg. Engineered with ARB Old Man Emu suspension and an extended rear axle, backed by Finite Element Analysis of the differential and axle to confirm structural strength at the increased rating. Approved by NT Transport under VSB 6.

Pre-registration Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series commercial build-out — rearmost seats removed and toolbox/drawer system installed, rear cargo barrier fitted, HD springs and shock absorbers, additional ADR-compliant lighting. Re-rated to GVM 4,210kg, GCM 7,800kg, BTC 4,000kg, and classified as a commercial vehicle (ATO Private Tax Ruling, no LCT).
