Ensure the vehicle is presented with a full tank of fuel and adequate clear space to allow engineering test weights to be safely loaded.*
Please advise KME Vehicle Engineering of all modifications that have been made to your vehicle, whether they relate directly to the engineering work being undertaken or not.
Undisclosed modifications may affect compliance, engineering certification or the scope of work required.*
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Where appointments are cancelled or postponed within 2 days, KME Vehicle Engineering reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to recover costs already incurred.*
Engineering reports and applications submitted to government authorities are processed independently of KME Vehicle Engineering.
While we endeavour to keep clients informed throughout the approval process, processing times are outside our control and can vary significantly between jurisdictions.
Unfortunately, KME Vehicle Engineering cannot guarantee approval timeframes or expedite government assessments.*
Where your vehicle is required to undergo inspection by a government authority or inspection station, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy at the time of inspection.*
