The vehicle is classified as a commercial vehicle by both ROVER and the ATO. This is the only 300 Series re-build which is backed by a Private Tax Ruling from the ATO. This means that the ATO has reviewed our scheme (their word, not ours!), and has advised that if we continue to create the vehicles as we have described them, then they are commercial vehicles, and therefore do not attract LCT.

It is critical that you order through a dealer we have onboard, as it is the dealer who determines if they charge LCT.
